My client has a new requirement for an HR Officer to work with them on a contract to take them through to March 2009. You will be assisting in the provision of HR with particular emphasis on organising effective training and development activities for them.
The main tasks are:
1) Training administration
2) Induction
3) HR admin and support
4) Dealing with enquiries
5) Any other HR activities

Qualifications
• 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English (essential)
• Certificate in Training Practice or Personnel Practice (desirable)
Experience
• Two years experience in an administrative role (essential)
• One years’ experience in the area of Human Resources or training (desirable)
• Word Processing skills using Microsoft Word (essential)
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Access (essential)
• Practical knowledge of FrontPage (desirable)
• Using a computerised HR system (desirable)
