We are currently seeking an HR officer for an initial 6 month maternity cover appointment to assist with personnel management matters and managing training and development activities.
The suitable candidate will be qualified at Certificate in Personnel Practice level and ideally qualified or working towards the CIPD Graduate qualification. The suitable candidate will also have experience in recruitment and selection, disciplinary and grievances and training and development coordination. This role is part of a small, but fast paced, HR team and the suitable candidate would need to have a flexible approach and can-do attitude. This position is to start December 2007 until end May 2008.
