HR Manager – 12 month Fixed Term – Gloucester - £65,000 + Car Allowance
Global organisation require experienced HR Manager to join them. This is a maternity cover role for a 12 month fixed term.
This position requires a candidate with strong generalist skills across the following areas:
* Recruitment: You will demonstrate a strong track record in resourcing strategies and candidate selection;
* Employee Relations: You will have conducted and advised on full disciplinary and grievance matters. Unionised experience would be desirable but not essential. You will have written policies and advised management on new employment legislation;
* Training & Development: you will have experience in leading development programmes across a business through the full life cycle. Expereince with management development programmes would be highly desirable.
You will responsible for building relationships across all functions within the business establishing the credibility of the role. You will also identify where existing process and procedures that can be improved, looking to deliver change and transformation where appropriate. Unionised experience would be highly desirable and CIPD essential.
