My client is recruiting for a new role in their company - that of HR Manager. The company is looking for someone who is CIPD qualified (part qual considered if from the right background) and has experience in generalist HR - from recruitment (including interviewing) through to retention and admin back-up.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone taking a step up from HR advisor or for someone who is already an HR Manager to have a fresh challenge where rules can be set by you not a predecessor. They would love to see someone who has knowledge of IT roles but this is not essential. They are not so keen on those who come from a big corporate background and is used to a team of admin support as you will do admin yourself in this role.
Essentially the role covers, recruitment, interviewing, induction, exit interviews, HR policy and procedure, training and graduate recruitment.
