Our client, a large employer in Bath, has a new vacancy for an HR assistant to join their busy team.
Main Duties:
1. Updating HR policies, procedures, checklists and forms in line with current legislation, best practice, process maps etc.
2. Review and updating of HR intranet pages and content.
3. Roll out of new HR information across the business.
4. Supporting the Senior HR Administrator with:
a. Assisting in the implementation of the HR system.
b. Assisting with the HR system maintenance
c. Assisting with the HR system reporting
5. Supporting and covering for the HR Advisers where appropriate.
6. Assisting with HR projects for Advisers, Manager and Head of HR
7. General administration / support for the Head of HR.
Specification:
* Experience within a Human Resources department
* Resilient
* Self-motivated & self managing
* Able to manage own workload & work to deadlines
* Able to manage workload coming from several different sources
* Accurate
* Credible
* Good communication & planning skills
* Aptitude for working with systems and process
* HR systems knowledge
* An HR qualification preferable but not essential.
