ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:


• Working towards deadlines ensuring quality of work is not effected
• Proven ability to multitask and ensure effective delivery of the priorities to meet targets & objectives
• Proven ability to produce accurate work that is both detailed and to the required standard
• Proven ability to handle a high workload and prioritise accordingly
• Previous proven ability to make and take responsibility for decisions relating to the role
• Proven ability of working in a methodical manner to achieve the required objectives
• Proven ability to effectively plan and organise a multitude of priorities
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and deal effectively with stressful situations
• Good experience of working in a busy administrative role keeping a calm and professional manner at all times

ESSENTIAL PEOPLE-SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Effective interpersonal skills to deal with both colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner
• Effective customer service skills to ensure the appropriate level of service is provided to all customers both internal and external to the company
• Proven experience of liaising with a wide variety of customers, clients and colleagues of varying levels
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Educated to GCSE standard Application Form
• Extensive working knowledge and experience of IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Understanding and knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Previous working knowledge of databases
