Reporting to the Senior HR manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and systems support for the HR shared service function for a approximately 700 employees. You will take responsibility for:
• The supervision of two HR assistants
• Preparation and management of all aspects of the recruitment process up to offer stage
• Reporting to management on headcount and reconciling discrepancies with the appropriate line managers / directors.
• Managing the administration of the Company benefit and bonus plan
• Management of the company performance management system
• Taking responsibility for and managing of confidential records for employees at all levels of the business
• Conducting monthly audits in relation to co
• Someone who is able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering projects on time
• Strong IT skills
• A pragmatic and practical approach with good organisational skills
• A clear communicator
• Previous management experience
