Further investment in the development of our people has created three opportunities to join the Learning and Development team.These roles will be based at the UK head office and will support the two UK divisions.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Partner of the Division, you will ensure the effective delivery of learning and development activities to new and existing employees, contributing to the continuous improvement of the learning and development function.
You will be an ambitious and talented professional, eager to contribute to the full Learning & Development life cycle through the assessment, design, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
Critical to your success will be your excellent organisational skills and ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with your colleagues within the Clinical business as well as within the overall HR team.
