We are currently looking for and Assistant HR Advisor to join our clients HR team in Malmesbury. We need you to provide first class operational support to our client groups. You will be responsible for championing best practise and working with an HR Advisor to attract, retain and develop great people.
We need some one with a solid grounding in operational HR and a strong understanding of UK employment law. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships is essential as is the ability to think creatively and generate innovative HR solutions. It goes without saying that you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and that your drive and enthusiasm for doing an excellent job really shines through.
