An opportunity has arisen in the Investment Dep't for an assistant to work with a key HR/Investments contact. The previous role holder has moved to join this financial company's adviser sales force in October.
Qualified to degree level or equivalent, the succesful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including handling investment referrals, maintaining databases, answering customer enquiries and applications for various investment products and liaising with other professionals regarding investment products and referrals.
The role will also involve assisting with recruitment and assesment days, and dealing with recruitment administration - this will include some basic administrative support to HR but will not involve duties requiring HR experience or qualifications.
Smart appearance and excellent telephone manner are essential.
