Job Role: INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR (reporting to Ops manager and based in central Bath office)
Your Responsibilities will include the following:
• To supervise the Investment Administration Team, monitor their workload and organize their training.
• Quarterly Income Run
• Identify Pulse queries and liaise with the Processes and Procedures Administrator
• Responsible for Cross Training amongst all Investment Administrators
• Familiarity with all Investment Administration Processes
• Review cashbooks on a monthly basis
• General staff related supervising
• Participation in regular management meetings
Skills and Qualifications required:
• Investment Administration Qualification would be an advantage but not essential
• Financial Services experience essential
• An awareness of Financial Services Authority Compliance
• Sound level of ability in Word and Excel, Access would be useful
• The ability to adhere to strict deadlines, to adhere to procedures and work as part of a team
• To maintain a high standard of accuracy and be a good problem solver
• Demonstrably numerate and literate
• Have ability to work on own initiative and in a flexible fashion
Salary & Benefits: £21-25k per annum. All members of staff receive death in service benefit, permanent health insurance and membership of the company pension scheme. There is a discretionary annual bonus and holiday entitlement begins at 22 days per year rising to 2 after 3 years service. Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
