Our client, a financial services company is looking for an Investment Administration Assistant reporting to their Team Leader, based in their central Bath office.
Responsibilities:
• To process stock market contracts on a daily basis
• Highlight, investigate and rectify any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records
• Meet strict deadlines
• To cross train with colleagues to provide cover for absences and emergencies
• Provide cover at lunchtime receptionist when required
• Filing, photocopying and envelope enclosing
• General Administration duties
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in either a Financial or Accounting Institution is desirable
• An awareness of Financial Services Authority Compliance an advantage
• Sound level of ability in Word and Excel
• The ability to adhere to strict deadlines, to adhere to procedures and work as part of a team
• To maintain a high standard of accuracy and be a good problem solver
• Demonstrably numerate and literate
• Have ability to work on own initiative and in a flexible fashion
