JOB TITLE - FINANCIAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR
Administrator required to join a small team providing high quality administration support to corporate and individual clients. The role mainly involves administration of group personal pension and stakeholder schemes including dealing with retirements, open market options and transfers but would also include individual pensions, risk and investment work. As the candidate would ideally be fully FPC/CFP qualified we would seek to obtain authorisation from the FSA to expand the group of staff able to authorise issue of recommendations etc.
Candidates Must:
• Be enthusiastic, hard working and committed to providing a high level of service.
• Have experience in administering Group Personal Pension/Stakeholder or experience of administering individual investment/pension business.
• Be flexible and able to work on own initiative
• Have good organisational skills and able to work under pressure
• Be a good Team Player
• Have a good telephone manner
Ideally you should have:
• At least 2-3 years experience working for an IFA with the emphasis on personal pensions
• Completed the FPC/CFP or working towards this
• Experience of working with OMO, CPA’s, Transfers.
• Strong technical ability/experience
• Experience of 1st database/administration system
• Be able to provide evidence of development in previous roles, promotion, exam passes
