Service Design Specialist - Central Bristol - up to £45k pa

Ths post-holder will;
- Create and deliver innovative services to the companies clients that differentiate MI offering in a highly competitive marketplace, including identifying service USP's
- Deliver results within market timescales
- Provide key insights on quantative and qualitative findings and will be able to benchmark information and communicate findings to different audiences
- Work closely with internal departments, particularly Customer Services and sales support services
- Need to fully understand the need for quality services in a market and use analytical skills to identify opportunities that are commercially viable
- Advise on client needs and trends as where to lead the business
- Manage ad-hoc projects within timescale, budget and customer quality requirements
- Analyse and interpret information in a user-friendly way
- Deal with clients taking into account regulatory principles

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Project management
- Experience of customer services
- Product/marketing knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft products ie, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Good understanding of the dynamics of product development & performance
