We are looking to recruit a high quality commercially astute individual with a proven track record of success who can motivate, inspire and enthuse direct reports, colleagues and introducers, as Head of Operations and who will be personally responsible for achievement of business targets, by:
• Managing and developing existing management team
• Ensuring effective resource management
• Ensuring the Company operates in a compliant manner
• Identifying and implementing innovative processes to improve the efficiency of the process
• Continually improving client care
• Managing staff recruitment development and retention
• Delivering excellent training programs for all staff
• Preparing, analysing and interpreting statistics and reporting to the board on progress towards targets
• Supporting the Directors and the Head of Sales in the development of the business
The successful candidate is likely to have a background of operations in Legal Services, or Financial Services and will be able to combine strong operational, leadership and technical skills with a sharp commercial awareness. The role will be office based.
