Have you got 5 years management experience in a customer services environment? If so we could have the opportunity you are looking for!
My client, is looking for someone to lead their customer service team and as such you will need to come from a background of management within this environment - ideally holding the post of Head of Customer service in another company. This company needs someone to help drive their business forward - someone who easily adapts and thrives on change. This is a recently reviewed role and the successful applicant will need to be able to:
Develop existing key customers
Increase engagement across all channels through effective optimisation of people and systems
You will be:
A manager/Leader with 5+ management in customer service environment
Outsourcing experience
Be able to manage the set-up of new brands
to manage merging infrastructure into new customer service operations
