As a Director/Partner in our Business Services team you will have responsibility for growing the business and delivering high quality service and solid technical advice to your clients. Networking, building business relationships and credibility will be key to this role, to ensure that all new business opportunities are maximised.
You will need to show that you can deliver excellence, and be committed to your own career development and that of your team.
Qualifications and skills:
ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice
Proven experience of forging successful business relationships
Up to date accounting knowledge
Audit, accounts preparation and tax experience
Proven strategic and marketing planning experience
Excellent client handling skills: creation of trust, management of expectations, delivery and responsiveness
Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
Pro-active communication style with drive and an energetic approach to your career
Ability to spot and maximise opportunities
