Excellent opportunity for a business graduate to join this DM Agency as a trainee planner/ buyer.
A Trainee Planner/Buyer is the person responsible for producing media/list plans and buying campaigns across all specialist direct media, reporting directly to and working closely with a Planner Buyer or Senior Planner/Buyer. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of all specialist media plus a skill in negotiation (training will be provided as required.) It will require an ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally. The trainee Planner/Buyer’s main concern should be to meet our client’s business objectives by producing cost-effective and innovative media/list plans and delivering the best available cost deals for all media, with a strong focus on results.
Ideally you will be:
Be good with numbers
Be confident enough to attend client meetings with a senior planner
Have some negotiation experience
Have good time management skills
Be well organised
Be analytical
Have good PC skills
Be a team player
Have a good eye for detail
Be reliable
Be self-motivated
Be very accurate
Be able to work to dead-lines
