A fast-moving, ambitious publisher based in Bath, is looking to recruit a Designer to join their busy publishing team.
Under their new brand the Designer will work on variety of titles and will be given the challenge of creating new and exciting internal designs, whilst maintaining variety within the range and meeting the needs of various global markets.
The work involves designing books from initial concept through to supply of material ready for production, liaising with outside food photographers and designing series 'looks' and logos.
You should have good book design experience and be flexible, creative and confident in a busy working environment. You will be proficient in the use of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and a working knowledge of Quark would also be beneficial.
