Plan Display, Affiliates, Email, Mobile, Contextual/Subsites, Behavioural, Lead generation, Social media and Sponsorship campaigns for client accounts and new business allocated to you by the Head of Digital Media.

Duties:

- Negotiate with media owners and other suppliers, ensuring that we gain the lowest rates and best placements for our clients.
- Produce schedules in line with schematics and budgets agreed by the Account Director and Head of Digital Media. Seek approval from the Head of Digital Media at all planning stages and before sending schedules for approval by the Finance team.
- Ensure that we have signed confirmations from clients and the Account Director before buying any media or data.
- Manage all the campaigns that you have planned, ensuring that we are able to meet all deadlines.
- Oversee the results data entry undertaken by the Media Administrators and lead the analysis that follows.
- Ensure that you are knowledgeable about the clients that have been allocated to you by researching their markets and understanding the challenges they face as well as all previous results.
- Delegate tasks to the Media Administrators and check the work that they produce, ensuring that it is of the highest quality and meets the standards set by the Head of Digital Media. Monitor their workloads to ensure the flow is steady.
- Be aware of turnaround times for tasks such as trafficking and technical limitations.
- Ensure that clients are invoiced correctly and on time and investigate any supplier invoice queries that the Administrators are unable to deal with themselves.
- Work closely with the Technical Administrator to ensure that creative specifications and deadlines are adhered to. Ensure that we are working closely with the creative agency.
- Ensure that the results from campaigns are monitored on a daily basis and analysed regularly. Refer back to the initial brief and agreed plan to ensure that the campaign is achieving the forecasts. Work with media owners to ensure that campaigns deliver in full and fully optimised.
- Work with the Head of Digital and Data Analysts to undertake analysis projects, to include areas such as attribution modelling and long-term trend analysis.
- Research our key clients and their markets on a regular basis. Share your findings with the team in regular meetings.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the other media teams, encouraging shared responsibility and cross-media planning.
- When appropriate, contribute results-driven insight to client team meetings to aid the planning and development of innovative strategies for both new and existing clients, in order to maximise potential prior to handing clients over to the Account Management team and for the life of our relationship with each client.
- Manage strong working relationships with all media owners and external suppliers.
- Day to day contact for those suppliers, responsible for gaining the best value and service, in line with client expectations and targets as outlined by the account team.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with suppliers and any other agencies involved and seek out development opportunities, which should be passed on to the relevant Account Management client contact.
